Composite two-Higgs doublet model from dilaton effective field theory

چکیده

We construct a composite two-Higgs-doublet model (2HDM) within the context of dilaton effective field theory. This EFT describes particle spectrum observed in lattice simulations near-conformal $SU(3)$ gauge A second Higgs doublet is naturally accommodated EFT, used previously to one-Higgs-doublet model. explore interplay phenomenological and requirements, supplemented by information from numerical studies theory with eight fundamental (Dirac) fermions. build viable moderate parameter tuning. In relevant portion space, we match conventional general description 2HDMs, comment on role custodial symmetry (breaking) scalar potential. Contributions precision electroweak $T$ provide possible explanation for recent measurement W-boson mass CDF II.

The rare K + → π + ν ¯ ν decay is investigated in the context of type II two-Higgs-doublet model (2HDM). By using the existing experimental data of the branching ratio, restrictions on the free parameters of the model m H , and tanβ are obtained: 0.7 ≤ tanβ ≤ 0.8, and 500GeV ≤ m H ≤ 700GeV .
